I've noticed lately that BW are somewhat failing on the "realism" front.
For anybody who has played South Park: Stick of Truth, you will recall this:
In addition to this, you could also turn the shower on.
If BW want to compete in an ever expanding RPG market, they should provide realistic scenarios where the protag perhaps ate some bad food, and has to rush to the toilet to err... let it rip?
Speaking of which, I think it would be immersive if the player could upgrade and customize their toilet.
Better yet, we could kill two birds with one stone and have the option of synthesizing a fish tank with a toilet, as shown here?
Or, to fix another issue; if romance options are unsatisfactory for whatever reason i.e (too manly looking, or too prudish and chaste) one customization option could be:
