I think my first pt was around 60-70 hours. I haven't visited zones not companion quest or main quest related and didn't bother with most side quests. I just wanted to see the story.

As far as I remember, it is possible to do a speed-run of the game in just over 3 hours. Of course, it's unlikely that you'd be able to do a speed-run on your first playthrough.

1st playthrough ~ 100 hours, BUT: at least 25 hours was due to the lack of Fast Travel between locations found already, and the convoluted maps

Very first playthrough? I think that one was pushing 150-170 hours for me. I tried to do everything I could the first time through.

My first play through was 130 hours. 

 

The others were about 80-100 hours.

I think about 127 hours.  I wanted to do all the companion missions, and pretty much everything, before Corypheus.  When I start my new playthrough, I'll be doing Hakkon first, too-- since I want to be able to talk to the crew @ Skyhold for as long as possible

I completed everything, including JoH, and finished the game at exactly 100 hours.

118 hours and haven't finished JoH yet with original character. Course I also haven't had the urge to play DA:I in two months.

My first playthrough took me 117 hours. Almost completionist because I didn't have all the bottles and tiles (I think they were bugged at the time and you couldn't get them all until the first patch?) and killed only 4 or 5 dragons. As far as unexplored ares goes, I think prior to the story ending the area past Judicael's Crossing in Emprise du Lion was the only one I didn't see.

 

Jaws of Hakkon took me 10 or 11 hours first run through, completionist.

The first playthrough took about 100 hours. The third one is close to 117 (with JoH).
