Dunno, long hair with a helmet?
Wouldn't it get stuck easily when you have to put helmet on fast?
But better beards would be great.

I just really wish I could have had hair like Jentha from ME2.

Seriously she had the best hair in the entire trilogy
But not just long hair, could we get a proper pixie/short haircuts?

Doesn't need to be anything too "vogue", but it doesn't need to look like there's no barbers/salons in the future, either.
We'll be colonists. Not military. We'll be working for some dude wearing N7 armor. I want some style. This is practically sci-fi fantasy.
I hope not. I'd rather stay military.

*snip on great styles I would use without a second thought*

I always hate when random NPCs have better hair than the protagonist. I have the same problem in DAI: All the companions, plus NPC like Clapernia have eyebrows/hair that aren't in the CC for no reason at all.
you can get that cyberbabe hair through gibbed but strangely enough, the hair was available for ME3 but another medium hair (refer to my avatar) was hidden in-game.

Depending on w3hat type of helmet your wearing I suppose but if say you'er wearing something like the Inferrno Armour it could be done so that only your fringe shows through the window along with your face i guess.Only have the long hqair when not wearing one. Because i tend to only use a helmet when i'm in qareas that don't have life support or something like that really. Not suer how others play but that tends to be how i play. As for standard visors if you're wearing one of those that obviously will be harder to figure out. But usually if you were wearing one you'd have outfitted yourself before the mission I'd guess by either tying up your hair or whatever.

Yeah i like that idea a bit too. Maybe make it a bit like DA Origins whereby what you pick influences the type of background you have a little bit.So you may not be military unless you pick a soldier background for example This is one of the things i like about Origins in that you can play a variety of different people. Granted there were 6 backgrounds which is quite a fwe to cover but they could get away with 3 or 4 if they decided to group the classess into pairs or something. Like Biotic/engineer is one background because they both say use light armour. Another for sentinels and infiltrators who wil wear meduim armour for example, and Soldiers and Vanguards get the heavy stuff. i think i mentioned this idea in another thread as well but I do think it's a good idea and a potentially interesting one
I love the idea of choosing whether to be an alliance soldier, some kind of civilian consultant, or a prisoner/mercenary. Our choice could dictate the prologue we play through.
Sorta like Dragon Age Origins when you start the game off and they would of course converge into one storyline after the Origins
I also want my female character to have long hair and face mask like Miranda jk lol

yeah that's the kind of idea I was trying to explain above that way it will allow for things to be less strict but stlil keep a Mass effect feel as a specialist that helps lead the away teams or whatever once your recruited into a crew so you can put your specialty to work for them. Just like you do for the wardens in DAO
Yes with the hair as well hairstyles like what Miranda and Ashley had in ME3 too. That's what I'd like whilst I'd like a bit of hair physics and such as well. I can undrestand why they may not do that just yet but given we're now on newer systems shouldn't we be trying to push for better where possible? After all it's sometimes crazy ideas like this that lead to us getting the kinds of games we all want and sell well.
The graphics cards out now have this kind of tech available to them now so they should be making use of it. After all as long as they have an off option for those on older less powerful PC's like TR has then I don't see a problem. After all that's why you have a minmimum and recommended spec listing on the back of the box. To run the game at minimum detail you need this. And then if you want to use the fancy stuff that we've included you need this. Games have always done this on PC there is no reason for it to stop.
I swear, sometimes I think the Bioware Forum would pay for Hair DLC.
I would.
Hell, I just paid for their dlc that replaces metal armor with body paint.
Really why?
I dunno, I just like that aspect of ME, even if Shepard is mostly off on his own. There's still a connection to a human organization whose job it is to protect people. You're not just a random man or woman who became a hero; you're part of something bigger.

These are awesome I'd love too have even one of these in the game.
yeah some of those would look good too. Or at least 1or 2 of them could be good in the game if they were added that is.
I need this in my life, biower plz do something with dis.....
I just want a some low/medium mohawk styles and an awesome beard. That's all I want.

Doesn't really do me any good unless its available for the whole trilogy, though. Sides don't you have to remake Shepard's appearance for that in 2 and 3?

Padme wore helmet at Episode 2 with long hair. Leia wore a helmet at Episode 6 with again long hair but with some hair pins, i guess. Because Padme's hair was definetely long just out of helmet while Leia's looked "tidier".
I think they can make long hair flow out of combat stuff and using hairpins before entering the combat area or planet exploring.
Something this simple can work:
OT: They can simply look to mods for their games. From Origins to DA:I, ME3 just to see what players and modders want to see in their games.
Mostly they're making long hair or shoulder length. There are also some short but cool looking hairs like Resident Evil Alice, Underworld's Selene and Blood Rayne style etc.
PS: Talking about female hairs because played FemShep. Might change sides in ME:A though ![]()
I have an idea.
Give us fugly shaved hairstyles in the CC.. then throughout the game, we can buy.. WIGS!!
BioWare could make a fortune, and charge $10 (real money) to buy the wigs.

Shhhh don't give them ideas now, they'll actually do it and people will actually buy it. Not that I wouldn't steal someone else's credit card to buy some really nice ones but that's besides the point.
I think in Sci-Fi games long hair is okay. Short hair is okay. Medium length hair is okay. Bald is okay.
Why limit possibilities?
I'd love to see a range of options in cc so that my characters can match my play-style for that play-thru.
Some Shepards had bobs, some pony-tails, some long hair (mods).
