... I'm pretty convinced the worst that could happen is a vivisection, potentionally made even worse for our average expectations if alien medicine is adequately sufficient to keep whoever is on the table getting cut up alive for longer.

 

At least that would be worst conventional thing I've got on my mind. There's a myriad of equally unpleasant things I could think off if I just brainstormed unpleasant things potentionally made possible with alien technology/physiology.
