Houston is a shithole though. The roads there as well, I'm surprised you made it out alive. Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin are both really fun places. The River Walk in San Antonio is kind of neat, although it is just a fancy dressed up ditch when you get down to it and the ****** grackles.

Dallas I'd like to visit some day for sure.

But man Houston, gigantic pickup trucks and cowboy boots all over - have to say the truck nuts thing was quite amusing though!

Dude, I live in Phoenix ..right now it's 107 degrees   did I mention it is 6:34 am?

I am trying to remember the cities I went thru in Texas on the way back from TN ..Was like 10 years ago..All I really remember was it was the flattest land scape I have ever seen.  I remember looking in every direction at 1 point and there was just nothing..not 1 single tree in each direction all the way to the horizon.  It was weird..  I drove thru Arkansas  ..I know people say stuff about the environment and trees ..how we need to start preserving them   forget that ..I know where they all are..Arkansas  ....we should pillage Arkansas for it's tree supply

I was just reading about the Jennifer Garner / Ben Aflac divorce and you know what? I think she is actually worth more money than he is. I can't even remember the last decent movie he was in but I know she is in everything when I am scanning thru Netflix or Red box.

You were probably on I 40 back through Arkansas and possibly most of TN. That drive sucks. Most of Arkansas is flat farm land.
