We are aware of an issue causing some players to not receive XP at end of match. The issue is affecting all platforms.
Our investigation is ongoing.
Will update once we know more.

Hi folks,

The server issues have been resolved for all platforms. It is now safe to resume matches.

We will continue to investigate on Thursday to determine if the lost XP progress is recoverable.

Thank you for you patience as we worked to resolve the issue.

We will update again once we know more about the lost progress.

I finished my challenges but I will wait patiently to bask in whatever recompense you dish out to those that couldn't complete them because of server issues. I am nothing if not immensely greedy  .

It wouldn't be so bad if there weren't time-limited Challenges going on. Luckily, they seem to still be counting for me, but most of my matches failed with XP.

This is a great time for people who don't want to promote and just want to enjoy full builds. There's no wasted XP to feel bad about, if there's no XP. OMG. #mindblown

This is assuming some poor saps had not already promoted their Level 20's and are stuck running around with hopeless Level 1's.

the XP-thing seems to work now according to some posts here... so yay

 

but what about finished (but lost due to the issue) challenges? and missing prestige points?

honestly I'd be royally p*ssed if they don't count/get updated

hm... I just finished a match and this happened:

 

 

but I got the XP and Druffy progress - so it's ok

 

BUT: due to this whole mess I lost 10 challenge progress/prestige points - AND the weapon challenges expired early   not very happy right now
