If nobody has told you thank you... then... thank you.

Seconded. Thanks so much to the ME team. I'm looking forward to hearing about more. ![]()

They don't need your thanks, only your money.
I was not talking about EA... I was talking about BioWare. Well, mainly the people who are responsible for another Mass Effect.

BioWare is EA.
But anyway, thanks both for the EA employees working under the BioWare banner for making another ME game, and for the execs at the top of EA for greenlighting it. The latter might be moneygrabbing bastards, but without them, we wouldn't be getting ME:A

Kissing their butts isn't going to get you the game any sooner --- JUST KIDDING ..
Many are upset that there's no ME in the Milky Way. Everyone that I've talked to, I've always said "I'm just happy there's another Mass Effect game."

And it seems that you have given your money, but for me thanks to Bioware for allowing us to return to this universe.

It's great to see the franchise lives on (and I'm glad they're taking their time with this). Can't wait to get some more solid details on this and what kind of worldcrafting they can do with the Frostbite engine. ![]()

Maybe we should wait with the thanks until they actually release a game we enjoy playing? 1.5 years before that seems kinda premature.
Thanking them for milking the cashcow again isn't necessary.
Look, I'm a fan, too... but squeeing in advance for no good reason kinda reminds me of rabid fanboys/girls who will buy anything if it has the right logo on it, no matter what.
I appreciate that they are coming up with a new game, I'm definitely interested in hearing more... but I also would have been completely fine with ending the franchise with ME3.
I am fairly sure that ME:A will be a completely new and different game. No matter which trilogy game has you squeeing with excitement right now, ME:A will be nothing like it.
Thanking BioWare for their currently unfinished work of which we have seen mere seconds is counter-productive for both sides.

1. You could at least have said fangirl. Now I'm disappointed.
2. What did they do to be grateful for?
3. Cause you have no clue what the game is actually about but you basically tell them "Well done, continue please" while getting yourself hyped up with most likely unrealistic expectations.
4. I should announce that I'll have the cure for Alzheimers in 10 years, so people can thank me now.
5. I'm having a bad day, so you guys get to suffer. Which means I'll be annoyingly realistic and pedantic for a while.
6. Hey thanks BioWare for doing your job.
7. At least you wrote my name correctly... ah no, you didn't. Weeny sounds cute. Like a pet name.
8. Thanks BioWare, you have never let me down! Except that one time and the other time and I think we all agreed on forgetting that one thing...

1. I should have said fan"person", now, some crazy how we are both sexist.
2. They made a sweet trailer?
3. I Know it's about Mass Effect-ish sort of things, I like those things.
4. If you are actively working on one, then thank you!!
5. I am sorry for your bad day, realism isn't welcome on the internet, but being pedantic is, so I welcome half of you to the discussion, the other half is a noob or some other internet pejorative.
6. Indeed!
7.Demonmoredine?
8.Those times they let you down were obviously their EA overlords faults, you can't blame them if you are a real fanperson

1. Yeah...
2. Thank them for the trailer then, not the game?
3. Are you sure that is what it is about?
4. No, I'm not. Not even my field.
5. Thanks. That's how I feel about it, too. ^^
6. Sure.
7. You almost got it.

How did a simple "Thank You" from a fan to a studio whose work they enjoy turn into an arguement? ![]()
Anywho THANK YOU Bioware/EA for creating another likely enjoyable game from a franchise I enjoy. Now shut up and take my money. ![]()

I have been a BioWare fan sense before they became a branch of EA. And I am happy to put a little bit of trust in them. I already know the next Mass Effect will not be 100% perfect, but I will most likely love it still. Mass Effect 3 is far from perfect in my book, but I still love that chapter.
And I do not want the Mass Effect universe to die out. It was heartbreaking enough to watch other space fictions go: Firefly, Farscape, Stargate... et cetera.

I am a little sad knowing that I will need to fight outside of the Milky Way. But honestly, there are only a few locations in the first three Mass Effect's that I actually miss. Illium, Omega, Earth, there is one more but I do not know how to spell it-

I am so happy there will be a new Mass Effect (relatively) soon. Thank you, BioWare, for making this a thing that exists and for all the hard work and insane, endless hours of effort put into it. Lots of love.
