I beg you - open your minds and be more clever.  -_-

We do not speak about some DLC or other game but about adding this aspect into the plot; across dialogue options. It is the same, as romance choice or the side of the conflict (Templars or Mages). If your hero is an elf, then you will get a chance to create a kingdom "in cloud". If he/she is not (human, dwarf, qunari, hello kitty) then such option will not appear in your game. Just like other special dialoge you have or NPC's. You can meet Loghein if you made suitable elections during the DA: Origins, right? Yet, it does not have the influence on the plot of the game.

I don't know what DEVs will do but this may be a good oportunity to let the elfs their own land. Nothing more. So please, do not write about statistics because they are not essential.  <_<  That's all.  ;)

This would be an awesome idea!

Would be awesome if I could actually have it happen in-game (maybe the future dlc) instead of it just being in my head-canon

Which is why i suggested there being a option to give the elves back the dales. Instead of turning the inquisition into a elf kingdom. that way your not favoring a certain fanbase over another. Plus its not dragon age rise of the elves its inquisition the game or organization is not about the elves it has elf content because they was the previous culture in the land but it would be a bad idea to turn the inquisition to the elf kingdom.give them back there land in the dales and make a choice if u want the inquisition to help support the nation is a much better safer plan.

I'm plenty clever. This isn't about me not understanding your idea. It's me  thinking your idea is a waste of resources and a bad fit to the plot of Inquisition. They should make content for all PCs types, not one type that hardly anyone played.

I gave the proposition for one race. You can do the same for another.

Here's my proposition: Make content dealing with the Inquisition, or loose plot threads, or more Companion content. Don't make content that is only good for one race, especially a race that less than 20% of players ever actually played.

Elves are dumb they cannot run a kingdom, just look at the dalish, sitting under trees telling tales chanting about the old ways "we are the dalish, keepers of the lost lore, walkers of the lonely path, we are the last of the elvhenan, and never again shall we submit", then they go to sleep, creators blah blah, arlathan blah blah, shemlen blah blah.
Pathetic as hell.

Much and all as I would love a quest where my dwarf Inquisitor has to deal with her old Carta associates (with the option of 'reforming' them and bringing them into the Inquisition somehow) or my qunari Inquisitior gets to meet up with his old mercenary company (with the option of hiring them, just like the Chargers!) it's not going to happen. And an elf Inquisitor getting to found a new elven kingdom is even less likely than that.
