I rarely use Focus Abilities because I save them for boss fights. But does Focused Teamwork boost Focus regeneration enough to encourage more frequent use of Focus Abilities?

In my experience, I think the superb Focus belt makes it quite unnecessary.

I usually wait to get that passive until I have gotten all the other skills I want, then I dump a point there. I don't notice a difference in how much focus I get or how fast the bars fill up after I get it, so I wait to get it or just don't get it at all. It seems like a wasted point IMO. I usually use the Superb Focus Belt on Sera so she can use Thousand Cuts a lot and I can still use my Inquisitor's focus ability when I need it.

I use both belt and passive.

there is a quest on crestwood which gives you free amulet of power.

Depending on what is meant by focus, absolutely.  CCCs do so much more damage, you get game-wrecker enemies being annoyances.

I don't know.  I use upgraded focus for all party members a lot, when I remember.  It seems, with a focus belt and some focus building gear, that everyone is ready just about every third fight.  My builds are heavy on criticals and slanted to set up CCCs, though.  Has it been tested:  Not empirically.  Does it work:  Phenomenally well.

Maybe this is all because of the gear only? I'v tried to test the skill on my level 10 mage, casting immolate on sleeping enemy has increased my focus from 6 to 10 with or without the skill, no difference at all. But maybe increase is just to small to notice when damage is so low, i dont know.

I don't really think it's necessary. If you save focus abilities for bosses and for over-levelled rifts, then you should get more than enough focus normally without needing Teamwork. I suppose if you do like using them in normal battles, then it's worth it.
