Marie biscuits. I love them. And tim tams in coffee.

Fun thing if you bite the ends off a tim tam and get a straw you can suck the coffee up through the biscuit. So yummy

Hmm I've been sick/lazy all day, and my girlfriend is visiting her folks for the 4th. I felt no obligations today to eat healthy or cook anything, so I got a six pack of mickeys on the way home and put some dino nuggets in the oven.

I've been drinking a lot of this mint and green tea. I'm trying to get rid of it, I bought it on a fluke. It's really not that bad iced.

And I had some........."mushrooms" today.

Actually it was legit mushrooms: Portobello and Swiss on chicken. Pretty good stuff

 I made tortilla wraps with prosciutto, sprouts, garlic and herb chèvre, aioli mustard and lemon and chive dressing. I'm going to have chocolate mochi for dessert. It would be the perfect meal if I had only had the right bottle of sparkling wine, but instead I muddled a few lychee berries into a glass of lemon lime soda. Very close to perfect.

Currently drinking some lovely water from the waterfall nearby, and eating Pringles crisps.

Yep, it's hot here in the Rockies too... drinking a nice cold Ginger kombucha.

 

If only there were an outfit I could wear that would be kind of classic, but still keep me cool...
