Is Geth/Rio a known issue?

Hasn't happened in awhile, but my sound used to get jacked up with that combo so bad that it froze my game. On console! I wondered if it could actually be an issue with my HDMI port on the TV, so I switched ports and things seem ok. Maybe it was my TV after all?

****ing FB Goddess.

There is always some crazy weird $#!+ that happens on that map.

Last time I pugged it there, we all get to the LZ at W11 extraction, and when the timer hit 0:00, the enemies froze and the ship took off without us.  Because we all wanted the creds and couldn't convince the host to leave, we basically all hung out in the LZ and started admiring just how sexy the 8-foot tall purple pregnant chicks surrounding us were.

Finally the ship came back (like 20 minutes later, lol) and we were able to extract.

On the plus side, we managed to get some creds and scope some Banshee boobs  :P

Some time ago I had problems with my anti virus software. It kept showing pop ups during the game so that ME lost the focus and got pushed to the backround. I had to [Alt]-[Tab] out, close the pop up, [Alt]-[Tab] in again and ... spectator mode...

During one of my first plat duo's with clusum the previously grey sky got clear, clouds disappeared and the sun was shining full power on the monitor. I could not see anything. Even screaming for the wife did not help, she wasn't interested in helping with my stupid game.

Razer Cortex will stop that stuff from happening when you're in-game.

Losing connection seems to be a huge problem, yeah. One time, my antivirus managed to minimalize the game which caused a crash.

What I would still like to know, is what causes these strange and loud hissing sounds from my speakers :S

Its a Reaper, definitely a Reaper.

There's a weird issue on the WiiU that I wasn't sure what was causing it until more recently. I think the Wi-Fi paket losses is actually cutting my gamepad control off. Noticed mostly when trying to run, but would instead stop to walk very slowly for a hicup which is re-occurring at the worst possible times. Noticed it was more lag related in a more laggy match where it even prevented me from being able to fire during these hicups. One time I had to get to extraction much sooner due to the hiccups being so great that I was turned mostly into a walking statue of a level 1 decoy capabilities proportion (ie. totally useless and a sitting duck).

I almost had this WiiU wi-fi issue solved today. But... I came home with a 3.0 ethernet to USB adapter instead of 2.0, and WiiU only supports 2.0... rage is too OP right now to find the words...

For some reason today, my audio was repeating every single sound I heard about a half-second later. It was... bothersome to say the least.

Probably due to lag, come to think of it. That would explain my many deaths after an Energy Drain failed to actually drain any energy.

Sometimes that happens when someone else is mic'ed up and their volume is loud enough to reflect back

Losing connection every time I try and solo is so common, that I gave up on soloing.

Other than that what always seems to happen to me lately is, that when I'm charging my controller and playing at the same time I goddamn always seem to get a game freeze.

Like yesterday I just plugged it in to recharge and dragged the PS3 as close to the couch as possible, (damn those short USB cables), and first game roll Hazard Ghost, which of course freezes up on wave eight.

Not sure if it's BW or Sony trolling me sometimes.  Or both.

Just remembered one from a couple weeks back. Off-host PSN on Hydra with the vorcha sentinel. A bit laggy. I insta-gelled after being taken down by a $#!+load of geth, and for some reason, was resurrected with the "dying" camera: u know, the one that spins around your position. Needless to say, it rendered me so ineffective that I decided to throw my grenades, shoot my missles and leave... even a random, consumable-less pug would be able to help the team more at that point...

Ghost hazard is also pretty heavy on the PS3. So probably working as intended.

As for playing ME3mp with a wireless gamepad off-host? It's a bad idea. Especially if one shot sniping (and woo if you're a Crusader fan too). So playing with a gamepads hardwired is always better if you want reduced input delay.

Sadly, playing with a PS4 hardwired is a little tricky. As the connection on the gamepad side doesn't sit as snug as the PS3 gamepad, and the slightest movement will renegade interrupt you.

I've always played with the wireless controller, unless like I said I'm recharging, and I play off-host 99.99 % of the time. But thanks Sinful, I can use that as another excuse for my scubbery.  :P

As for the PS4, I'll have to get one soon.

Typical tech problems of lost connection and occasional power goes out. The one that gets me is when Asus decides I need to download their online storage and will minimize my window to tel me how I have to even though I have clicked no every single damn time usually occurs during... you guessed it a solo.
