On my alt account, my wife named them after Star Trek and Downton Abby characters, with a few randoms mixed in, like "Sparkle Muffin".
I think my favorite of hers though, because of the blade armor, is the Batarian Brawler.. aka "Tyrannical Tampon"
Usually if I thought of a funny name (to me) that's what I'd do. Female sentinel is ms.mcbitchpants because she's a melee build as an example
I kinda wish these are visible in ME:A
I mentioned that to a friend of mine once, and he pointed out that it's very likely that the reason they're not visible in ME3 is because Bioware would have to somehow police what people were naming their characters, or else you'd inevitably end up with heinously offensive stuff.
I choose terrible puns and/or references.
Examples:
Turian Sentinel with chain Overload: Tech Harmer
Krogan Warlord: Stanley Burrell
Fury: Shygirl
And my personal favorite, with Inferno Grenades and spiky things that shoot out of his wrists...
Batarian Soldier: Baraka Bomber.
My Geth are called Legion, my Krogan are Wrex and Grunt, my Turians are Garrus and the Salarians are Mordin, because I'm sure nobody else ever thought of that.
Seinfeld characters.
I name them after BSN members because I'm not creative.
I name them with whatever comes to mind. MEaning, most of the time it´s simply Urizen. But sometimes it´s a pun. My AIU is named Datass for example.
Some people stick with lore and name them after characters in the game, others go with pop culture.. On my main account, I named them after comic book characters and then tried to match their outfit colors as best I could.

I hope I'm the human adept.
This thread again?
Well, since I'm Patrick Bateman all of mine are named after high end Italian and French bespoke tailors and fashion labels.
Martorana, Barbera, Altolini, Rossini, Trussardi, Caruso, Cerruti, Kiton, Brioni, Cantarelli, Valentino, Sartoriale, Zegna - just to name a few, guessing here most of you never heard of them though.....
I've heard of Rossini and of Valentino (the latter because of events involving Anne Hathaway)
Valentino is so cool he uses his first name (although I don't think house of Garavani would sell as well)
3 alt accounts is 2 too many. Too lazy to come up with any more names. I just name them like "Male Adep, Turian Sentinal, etc." from now on. More play, less writting. ... Unless BSN.
Clyde
Terminator

I've heard of Valentino Rossi ![]()
OT mine are all related to the Ramones. It was tough and tenuous at times. All alt a/c characters are called Bob.
