I have only like 50 wil/cun and 20 con which I get isn't a lot for people that do, but is the class even playable on perilous?

Bear mauls the wolves doesn't affect projectiles afaik, only melee attacks.

 

e. I don't know how the stagger part is supposed to work, I'm just talking about the "immune to flanking" part.

 

Projectiles shouldn't have a flanking bonus so yes, for the most part this only affects melee attacks.
