I think I hate DA:I. And I hate that I hate it.

I'm not sure if you are really talking about plumbing or DAI tactics :)

Plumbing, yeah I could fix it myself, and did try. My example was more of an analogy to say why putting up with something that isn't working correctly doesn't appeal to me. I'd rather fix it or hire someone to fix it. Not to speak for Elhanan, but he appears to be happy with 'jiggling the handle' or getting things to work without fixing them permanently (or complaining about them on the forums).

In the case of DAI, I could learn what little there is about the  tactics system in order to make my team more efficient, or I could play on casual or normal and blast through most combat without having to worry about it. Or I could grumble about it on the forums :D

The fix it yourself analogy would be similar to modding, I suppose. Never tried modding, and apparently you are limited to what you can do in Frostbyte anyway. Might be fun for some to McGyver it up and make some mods. :)

I suppose I could expand my analogy and point out to Elhanan that if I bought a new house, and found on day 1 the toilet was running incorrectly, you bet I'd be after the builder to fix it, not shrugging and resolve to jiggle the handle.

Analogy aside, the Tactics do work, though not as well as those in DA2. Tinkering with settings and practice make the process reasonable, even on Nightmare.

I like crafting in some games, not so much in others.  I would have liked it in Inquisition more if they would have allowed us to change the slot types in the armors.  Oh, and if we have more variety in the armors of course.

Yes, I agree but I will clarify: I meant I don't like crafting games like Minecraft, etc.but those types of games are so popular that I think developers feel they need to include crafting/building as a large part of every game so they can capture some of that market share. Anyway, crafting is fine (and can be fun) when it is a component of the game as whole like in Skyrim or DAO, you can participate in it or not but it isn't necessary to level up your stats. Since we can't distribute our own attribute points like in DAO or DA2 (or just about every other crpg I have ever played), crafting armor and other gear is the mechanic by which ours stats are boosted. That mechanic is what I don't like, it turns crafting into a necessity whether you like it or not. It is a bit like (please nobody kill me) the multiplayer mechanic in Mass Effect 3 and how gathering resources through multiplayer gave you the "better" ending cut scene in the game (the breath in the wreckage scene). Raise your hand if you spammed those iphone apps! Maybe I'm too old school, idk. Still, I am going to play to the end in spite of this annoyance and the other issues I have mentioned previously, or I may be gobbled up by a dragon because of my crappy gear, whichever comes first  ;)

I honestly thought it was the most boring Bioware game ever filled with empty, meaningless sidequests that get you "power" - uh huh.

Playing it for the second time, which is rare because right now I should be around playthrough 6-7+ for a Bioware game, it's okay.

But I've always thought the romance had their ups and downs but the ups far outweighed the downs. As for the Solas romance I can't speak for that.

I do think that the personality choices for the Inquisitor seem mostly the same and far less dramatic/dynamic that Hawke's dialogue choices.

What happened Bioware, what happened?

However, I will note that the romances are more fleshed out than previous Bioware games and there are even romance quests. All in all, romances, which is one of my favorite parts in Dragon Age/ Mass Effect, have improved.

When you give a command, and that command is ignored, it is, by nature, broken.

Nah, it is just that you lack credibility as commander.
