Deus EX: Human Revolution didn't have different races, you couldn't choose your gender and you couldn't customize the PC. The gameplay worked well but if you chose to sneak and enhance your PC by improving your sneaking skills then you got in trouble in boss fights because they were mandatory.
Not true at all. You can beat all the bosses in Deus Ex: HR with the humble stun gun. Seriously, stun gun OP.

This might be a troll thread but I think a Telltale game set in the ME universe could be interesting. It shouldn't have a focus on romance however. But something like Tales from the Borderlands? Sure, why not.

Yeah, I would be more than happy to play a Telltale game with biotics and turians bopping around. It's not the worst idea on the forums... And I'm a bit of a combat addict.

People like Bioware's games because they are blend a various elements, so let's separate all these things into isolated games !

Pay no attention to those romance-obsessed malcontents, the most important feature is the multiplayer.
Romances are nice and all but they should only be there to add to the story not take over it kinda like adding honey to ice cream

Jensen's entire quest was (1) pinning away for Megan and (2) running to save her. Megan just obviously used him and didn't care for him.
Other games have even more involved romance (like the TW series).
Now I start to remember. I guess I don't see that as a romantic content because he doesn't do anything with her and she isn't present for the most of time. He just pines away after her like you said.
I think there are romances in many games but sometimes you only hear someone mentioning the relationship and you can't see how the couple spends time with each other.

Yes you can beat them even if you haven't improved your combat skills but it's more difficult. I remember that I had enormous difficulties with the first boss. I think one problem was that I hadn't improved my combat skills and the other problem was that I had not fought with the enemies before because I was sneaking and then I suddenly had to fight and therefore it was harder than if I had fought them earlier. Personally I think that was annoying.
