kicking newbies from routine, threatening...even if they wanna try perilous. our player base is very small, if somebody wanna try multiplayer and is kicked from a lobby, do u this he/she ll try it again? once i removed my portrait, banner and title and was kicked from routine 3/4 cases, 4/5 threatening (lvl 16) ad 7/7 perilous (lvl20). this is the best how to kill this game...

Routine is unforgivable.
Threatening is bad taste.

Oerousis understabdable.

I had a lvl 30 wipe in zone 1 threatening yesterday.

i disagree. if a newbie wanna try perilous  - he/she ll notice they cant do it atm. but i was not talking only about perilous. kicking newbies is bad, i know, most of u r calling yourselves "pro". but a "pro" is somebody who´s willing to help others, newbies included. just my opinion.

When I play routine I will play with anybody that joins the lobby.

Only thing that rubs me the wrong way is seeing somebody lvl 10+ in routine. I generally move on to threating when I hit lvl 6 On classes that i dislike i ussually move to threatning at 10.

Last night I was playing some perilous with an open lobby to fill the 4th slot of our group. Cleared easily for hours. Had a new 4th join our room. wiped first game with that person, we shrugged it off. Wiped a 2nd time and we kicked him/her. Got another pug (mrmckillu thx) and cleared for a couple more hours.

kicking on perilous is almost manditory if somebody cant pull their weight. Or does stupid things like not sticking with the group, openning doors to rooms if we are still fighting mobs, etc.

Kicking on threatning is questionable.

Kicking on routine just shouldnt be done. new people need to learn somewhere.

I agree with this as well. I am more then willing to help new people/pugs out in any game. But when they dont listen at all is when they get kicked.

I kick every level 1 in a perilous PUG. Exceptions are only people I know and people I just completed matches with and they promoted.

Kicking level 1's on routine is silly. It just does not get easier <.<

Kicking in threatening is stupid, since equipment makes threatening a lot easier. Been rank 1 or 2 on leaderboard most of the times, i relevel my classes in threatening...no reason to kick there~

Around here nobody never get kicked from the sessions , even leechers , and that's the bad thing, leechers SHOULD be kicked from the game , well , since nobody cares , I always leave a game when an idiot LV1~8 join a perilous match and start to die in less than a few seconds . I don't mind the LV if the player can stay alive and kill foes(or keep dying all the time but the player LV is above 15).

Small detail , most players that are in the ranking here , are not using banners or portraits .

I'm just using the 'looking for group" portrait , no banner/title .

How do you remove titles and banners? I can only replace them. I want to try it myself.

Go into the challenge of the title and banner you set and click "unset".

You are having bad luck dude.  I play a ton and almost no one ever gets kicked in lobbies, at all.

So far in my experience, the only people I have ever seen get kicked are those who are sitting there taking a ****** and holding up the lobby from starting.

A level one with no banner going into perilous should be kicked off the top of the fereldan castle into the sea below.

If you are a new player you should earn your keep with some games at the low levels to get gear and level up.

Who kicks on routine? Well unless you're afk and everybody is waiting for you to ready up.

I usually grimace if I see no banner/portrait/title but have been pleasantly surprised enough times to always give the benefit of the doubt. IF they're terrible and don't leave then I ditch the lobby and avoid them.

Kicking from Routine for Level/Banner/Portrait is unforgivable, that is precisely where new players are supposed to be.

Kicking from Threatening for Level/Banner/Portrait is silly,, wait and see if they are actually a problem, also if you have any ability, you should be able to carry almost anything in Threatening anyway.

Kicking from Perilous for Level/Banner/Portrait is understandable, that is precisely where new players are not supposed to be.  I would still give them a shot, you never know what lurks behind that name.

Just to restate a point, a level only indicates how long you are willing to play the game, not necessarily skill.  If you see me at level 18 in routine, it's because I suck (not enough to kick though - never kick in routine except for time wasters, that's just bad).  If I am really OP compared to my pugmates, I will usually only deplete health and not take kills, as I don't want to be one of those people.

Happy Fourth to my fellow 'Murcans!

I'd kick you for using a lvl 20 on Perilous. Wasting good exp is just wrong, man. Play a lvl 1 instead.

Maybe they should start out at a lower difficulty where they won't be completely useless. I'm all for giving newbies a chance, but leeching should not be encouraged. On the other hand, I have met a leaderboard player several times in Perilous pugs who doesn't have a banner and is a very good player.

The problem is that Bioware made it so we can't check other players loadouts in the lobby anymore, because god forbid they actually use the good things from ME3MP, instead of making the bad things worse. This means that banners, icons and titles are the only means by which to judge another players progress or ability.

This is a mixed bag. Newbies don't know how to play and perilous is not a place where they can learn. I have had runs where they said they only had level 1. Ok after the run they are at level 12 so they change to a new level 1 and ready up. so I am their driver now?
Also those who kick Level 1 in routine and threatening are most likely noobs themselves. so you have a new crew learning the game, let them be. we can do our part by running in threatening and help carry people, also carry those pugs in perilous who are able to benefit from it and are active participants rather than just being passengers.

I often PUG so I meet new players it is always interesting and sometimes very rewarding, it is how I meet most of my friends I play with now.

I agree. I will only kick if someone never queues up. Or tries to leech. I have no problem letting anyone play where they want, so long as they are trying. Also, I believe doing something that may help encourage growth in the player base is a good thing. Especially if I want Bioware to be supporting the game with new content.

Kicking is a luxury in pc pugging. I've played with no banner folks, lower than level 10, on perilous because there was nobody else.

Kicking on routine is beyond pathetic, though.
