Hi Cerberus Network,

Zaeed (pronounced zigh-eed) is now out for download on the Xbox (PC users we were able to give Zaeed to yesterday). Follow the typical download flow, and grab it from the in-game store.

You'll also notice a title update for the 360 version as well.

Thanks to everyone for sticking with us, and having patience while we sort out the various launch day issues.
 

*remember that once you download Zaeed (or any DLC), you must restart your game to see the content in-game!

Does that mean that I would have to restart my playthrough from the beginning to be able to use Zaeed? Or just restart the game and reload the save?

I'm almost positive that it should work with an existing save, you'd just need to restart the physical game after downloading.

Just reload the save.

Dont worry..theyve been told. Customer support knows about the persona issue and knows how to address it.

Strange...

I installed ME2 on Xbox 360 today and also got the title update. I entered my cerberus network card code and the armor one. I had 3 items to download on my 360 but no Zaeed! Is he listed as extra content or is he included in the one of the packages? I have just these:

TerminusWeapon and Armor

Collector's Weapon and Armor

Crash Site

Am I missing something here?

Its still not located in my game promotions area, everything else is but not the Zaeed mission and I cant see to find it to download.

Ok my question for you Michael Gamble is how do we get Zaeed exactly? I did the code and it worked but how do I find him?

Do you have any information about what the title update addressed? Anything of note? Or just minor things?

That is great news for those that can access the server to be able to download the new content.

Sadly After 12 hours I still cannot connect to the ME2 server to even use my Cerberus code and am unable to get any of the DLC or my CE aromor and pre-order items.

Any new news regarding this issue?

 Doesn't matter at all if we can't properly save the game Michael. Maybe you guys should have playtested this game instead of spending time/resources on DLC.

Thanks. Now why is this not an announcement. Seriously I just spent a half an hour looking for this. Look guys you know how everyone was/is pissed about RTO. Well this is the kinda thing we are talking about. Slap a sticky on it and lock it down.
