I'll miss Tali'Zorah vas Normandy the most. But that's okay, I'm sure the next game will have awesome characters too! They might end up being better than the ones from the Shepard trilogy.

People I'll miss? Only a few.
Zaeed and Javik - Every goddamned thing they say is golden.
Tali - Really liked her VA and personality.
Garrus - He was my Shepard's bro, I also liked his sarcasm.
Edit: How could I forget about Joker and EDI?
People who I will not miss:
Liara - Ugh, never liked her VA (zzz...), she always sounded so dramatic or serious. And she became really creepy in ME2 and 3.
Ashley - I don't like poetry. And those huge lips of her and her hair in ME3 still annoy me.
Miranda - So arrogant, and I got tired of her clone sister and the damned crisis she had with her genes.

Javik, Javik, Javik. Oh wait this is for companions we will miss but Javik will be in Andromeda.
If Javik is not in Andromeda--

There are so many characters I'll miss. I'll miss the dynamic of camaraderie itself, one that started rough and developed slowly over three game. I'm an immensely easy mark for the true companions trope.

Who I miss? Every single squadmate. Most major characters, too.
However, I can also say without a second thought that Mordin takes top spot. Easily.

Zaeed and Garrus for the things they say.
Edit: I still run Zaeed's banner in ME3MP.

Garrus & Tali
... aside from them, Jimmy Vega, Ken and Gabby, Jeff, EDI, Anderson, Wrex, Legion, and Shepard Commander ![]()
I am however very excited to meet a new gang of misfits. So far we know of a humanoid female biotic named Cora and another horned Krogan named Drack, and no doubt more to follow. ![]()

Garrus (my subordinate, my best friend, my best emotional supporter, best sarcastic humour throughout the game)
Tali ( best female friend, best conversations between her and Garrus, very kind & intelligent)
Kasumi (intelligent, observant, funny)
Wrex (nr. 1 man on Tuchanka and bro for life)
Joker & EDI (just sweet and i liked the humour between them)
Doc Chakwas (the only doc i can accept for the Normandy)
Mordin (best conversation topics, liked his style, liked his love for arts and how he evolved in the games)
Legion (best Gethfriend, best idea for a sythetical companion)
Anderson (nr. 1 man on earth)
The Normandy (my one and only true home)
I miss a lot more, but i will move on and treasure my memories with them ![]()

Some of my favorites already died in ME3 like Thane and Legion so I guess they don't fit to be missed here since I already missed them in ME3 end XD
I guess I'll miss Garrus, ultimate best friend/bro, Kasumi and EDI. Mostly them.
But I don't know if it matters so much to me that they aren't in new game as long as new cast is good.

You know what, I'm going to miss James Vega. I'm going to miss James Vega reminding me that contrary to Mass Effect draping its self in "Look at the advancement of humanity into one culture of people in this glorious future in the vastness of space!" there is still the relatable concept of some California dude who knows what good food is.

Garrus. Tali.
The Migrant Fleet.
Am I forgetting someone? Uh, yes. About ninety percent of the cast.
I'll even miss people who were hated to shreds, such as Ashley (say what you like, kickass women who like poetry have their charm - plus I'm sort of used to hearing "her" in XCOM). I just wish they hadn't made her into a sexualized doll of sorts in ME3. She was just fine in the first two.
Then there's of course Joker, EDI (the two, so much fun sometimes - massive loads of shame on me for choosing Destroy as my own canon).
Zaeed MO...FU...ING Massani will be missed, for being the ultimate badass (and Chuck Norris' father) he was.
Doc Chakwas. I made the mistake of recruiting Dr. Michel in one ME3 playthrough and I still regret it. Not that she's bad, but Chakwas is simply Chakwas.
Engineers Donnelly and Daniels.
Wrex's lethal wisdom (seriously, he's the one Krogan in the Trilogy that seems to have loads of brains in addition to the traditional multi-truckload of brawn - also, his Shuttle Takedown techniques are legendary)
Admiral Anderson. "You did good. I'm proud of you" line is too... god'amn... powerful. I believe a single manly tear was shed when I finished ME3 the first time.
Honorable mentions (yes, I got those) would probably include people like James Vega (seriously, after Fehl Prime, he deserves to be an N7 - and then you add the entire thing about helping with the Galaxy aboard the SR-2)
Mordin. Dr. Solus. Sacrificing himself to fix what he saw as his own race's mistake. Potentially a worthless sacrifice (for me, either Wrex and Eve both live - or Mordin lives - so I essentially decide the fate of the Krogan on Virmire, because without Wrex, there is no cure)
Sam Traynor. And her subtle change from a military geek into a proper Marine attitude about living on a warship.
