Legion? Thane? Grunt? Shepard?
Grunt's blind violence? No. Violence is a precision science, like math.
Thane's sneakiness? Oh, how could I forget. You're right, he's right up there. That fits my own favorite style.
As for Legion, he just... kind of was. I never felt too much for him.
As for Shepard? No, I won't miss Shepard. Shepard's on Thessia or Earth, sipping martini with Liara. As fitting as a sacrifice would be, my Shepard is simply TOO DAMN STUBBORN to die. And I approve of that.
I'm gonna miss my team, Garrus and Tali, literally used them in every mission when they were both available.
I can tell you who I won't miss liara. yes this is now a liara hate thread for me at least
I'll miss Wrex, my favourite krogan! However, this isn't the first time. Wrex was only a cameo in ME2, and I still liked that game well enough, so i'm not very worried about not liking the new game because of that. I do still hope they introduce a new great krogan companion though.
Something else I will miss is the Citadel, the iconic location of the trilogy. I hope the next trilogy, if it is a trilogy they are going with, will have a similar iconic location.
It will also be strange playing a ME game without Shepard, Liara, Garrus or Tali, Joker, Chakwas or Anderson.
I'll miss Tali, Garrus, Grunt, Wrex, Aria, Chakwas, Anderson, Joker and as much as i'd love for them to have a part in the next game its down to BioWare...

I still will miss alot more peoples...even those you love to hate I guess .
I won't miss anyone.
But I would love to have more interactions with everyone in the ME trilogy, too bad that it is too late for that now.
It's been so long and I've gotten the closure I needed.
I think, maybe I'd say Joker though. It's probably the thing that will stick out the most to me as we (hopefully) get our new ship and there's no pilot or it's someone new and he's not as memorable as Joker.
This just gave me an idea. Charming, sexy, female pilot who can be romanced. Make it happen BW. (and in response to this, I could see Bioware making it sexy, male, bisexual pilot just to be annoying)

I'll miss the political relationships most of all. I wanted to see what happens after the Krogan genophage is cured. I wanted to see all the different species scrapping it out to position themselves in the most powerful position post reaper war. I wanted to the Quarians rebuild Rannoch and the Batarians Khar'shan.

I'm going to miss the entire Mass Effect world because honestly... unless Andromeda includes anything about Mass Effect with the Reapers, everything I know and love about ME is going to be gone. No cute and lovable Tali. My bro Garrus is going to be gone. No Normandy which has been my home in space for so many years with Joker at the helm.
My alter-ego Femshep is also going to be gone. Along with her love interest.
Bioware has a tall order in making a game that feels like Mass Effect and yet does not include anything that made me love the series in the first place. Sure we get to be N7 but to what extent? before or after the Reaper attack? Or existent along side in another galaxy without a clue of whats going on?

I always though that the Leviathan would be the next ennemy...it would make sense no? if the war with the reaper end...that giant thing will have no reason to hide and will want to take its place back at the top .

Which is why it's better to skip to another galaxy instead. BioWare had written themselves into a corner with ME3, it would have been a total mess to continue.

Garrus if my profile pic didn't give it away, he was my mate I helped him get revenge and showed him that sometimes winning by any means isn't what should be done. We shared a mateship and there was no one on the ship I felt closer to. Plus who doesn't enjoy his humor and scarred face And it was nice seeing him and Tali hook up.

That first point is the reason for i would really wish they won't take away the races...
At least not the core-races we dealt with in the last years of ME.
No matter how good the new characters or the story may be, if they tear away too much of the old flavour it won't be ME anymore but in the name.
And while i, even in that case, see a chance for a good game... i would like to keep that ME-feeling... please...
I'm OK with a new cast and setting. BioWare creates great characters, I'm sure there will be some new BFFs to be found.
That being said, I already miss two characters who didn't make it through my ME3 playthrough: Mordin and Legion *sob*.
Otherwise, will miss Garrus the most.

I almost cried when he almost died.
While I look forward to ME:A and to see how BW will handle things, but I will miss my old friends. No more drunk Tali, or Joker or Wrex (Shepard), but mostly I'll miss Garrus. Garrus Brokarian, G-money, Big Bird, Captain Calibration, yes I'm going to mis my so called token Turian. I know I'm not the only one. But I know everyone has their favorite, and while we are going to make some new ones it's still hard to let those "people" go. So who will you miss most?
It does depend on the new characters they give us - for all we know they could be ten times more interesting than the ones we've had in the past (not that I wouldn't still like and at least miss Tali, Liara, Mordin, Grunt, Wrex etc. etc. a little)
I mean if we don't get an interesting Quarian, I would probably miss Tali (more so than normal), same for the Asari - if we don't get someone interesting I will miss Liara and Samara more and so on and so forth 
Still, as much as I love all these characters (and would love some kind of twist were we get to meet them again...hell, clones might be cool (at least if they'd remember what the originals did) or flashbacks (like say those beacons Liara makes, to ensure that even if they lose, the next cycle will have a better chance at defeating the reapers!)), I think it's time for new characters
