But Mostly:

 

Wrex and Garrus - both of were the best bros to my Shepards

 

Tali - Felt like a little sister.

 

Mordin - Loved his personality, his death was upsetting.

 

Samara - She was so regal, and composed. She would of been my Shepard's romance if I could. 

 

Joker and EDI - Just a amazing pair, especially Joker who's been with you from the start.

 

And I will always remember Legion asking if it had a soul. That makes me tear up a bit every time, I hate it.
