Has anyone else been having a bug where your stamina doesn't regenerate until you use more? It's not normally bad but it has caused a lot of trouble when it has happened before.

it happens so much on the assassin I think its supposed to be a feature for that character. Kinda like "haha what are you gonna do now?" to liven up the game.

Yeah that's when I notice it the most is when I really need to hidden blades somebody but my stamina is frozen and I don't have enough to use it. Weird
