I know that a mage has some awesome dialogue, but do other races (elves, dwarves and those ugly sixpacks) have also unique dialogue?

Each race gets a few special dialogue options throughout the game, though not many. An example is a noble human talking to Josephine about their family.

Additionally, the human mage gets that human noble dialogue, but mixed with the mage/Circle perspective. I always liked how it's usually a mix of both racial and class re-activity.

True, though I believe there are some oddities with the mage 'noble'. The mage human sometimes talks as if they had a completely normal noble life like the non mage human even though they do have a conversation talking about the Circle and they were supposed to have been raised there.

I haven't run across it.. but maybe I've missed something. I'm playing again after a long hiatus, so maybe I'll see. It seems blended and written specifically as "mage noble", rather than mage and noble. They're allowed to leave the Circle occassionally, probably for the same reasons Vivienne explains some mages leave (or why Wynne gets to leave). Because they're not idiots like Jowan, basically.

keep in mind Jowan was not a full mage, he had not yet undergone his Harrowing which is why he was forbidden to leave
a mage noble gets a question early on in dialogue about their relationship with their family, I haven't had a chance to check but it'd be interesting if the answer chosen has an effect on what dialogue options are offered later in the game concerning the family
