They should. One of the mods came to a thread that hadn't been posted in for like two weeks just to lock it.

I think Mod 1 was bored out of their mind.

I got a warning for posting the gay marriage thread and saying #lovewins. Not sure if it came with a point. But what if you get permbanned because the mods are homophobic like that in future?

I have 9, mostly misogynistic comments with "offensive" satire humor. However, I hold back a lot and also disappear for 1-6 months. Depends how busy I am.

 

But I think it doesn't matter too much about how many warning points you have, just how often you get them in a certain time span. Just a guess though.

Had one from saying that, in the months prior to Dragon Age Inquisition, we knew more about whether Iron Bull likes to stick his P in a V or not (exact words used) than we did about actual gameplay mechanics, like the tactical camera.

I got another one the other day when a ModBot gave me a Warning for starting a gay marriage thread. Except I didn't start a gay marriage thread. So I appealed it and Conal replied back, giving me a negative warning point (which erases the erroneous second one).

Other than that, I've been banned, but most of that was pre-Warning Points in the days of The Woo.

I once received a warning point for making assertions that were seen as racist (I thought I was discussing aesthetics).

Before warning points, I also got 2 temp bans (one from Stan Woo - the other from Evil Chris). One (Stan's) was for violating the prohibition on quote pyramids, and the other (Priestly's) was for insulting someone who was being an idiot.

I have 2 as well. One for a joke about EA and the male sexual organ. And one for posting a meme that had the F-word in it. I didn't spot the word before posting. But someone did and reported it. Only one of them got me a ban, tough.
