To be fair, there are similarities... especially if you pick certain horn options.
The main difference being, they're more like... ears.
... but they definitely have better hair. 
(though they may want to do something about that rampant psoriasis...)

Nah... Large fantasy race with horns isn't that unheard of, and otherwise there's no real resemblance.

Morrigan was wearing all the belts all the way back in DA:O. 
(She's always reminded me a bit of Lulu from FFX.)

If anything, I find more similarities between Qunari and Tieflings (except the lack of tail and reddish skin... also Tieflings in the Neverwinter MMO have some pretty good looking hair styles).
