I'd like a new hero with a new story without the familial ties to Shepard.  I'm sure there will be some minor connections that they will bring up in terms of the original story, but I think they should keep it at that.  I don't want to play a descendant of Shepard.  Shep's story is done, for better and for worse.  Let's leave them be and make way for some new faces and a new hero.

Could have some asari claiming to be decended from Shep, just like some Krogan took pride and made claims to their lineage... Doesnt mean its true.. Maybe have a squadmate who claims to be related... No way for us to know the truth, make finding out a loyalty mission...

Romance is optional content. You can't use it as the foundation of a new story without Bioware specifying a canonical path, which they don't want to do. Furthermore, they've frequently said that Shepard is not in Andromeda, and that they want to have a different type of protagonist than Shepard.
