Hello! My client for Origin has been crashing of the late, and unfortunately, it crashed halfway through an attemped buy for 800 BioWare points. Instead of giving me a transaction for 800 points, I have instead received a notification that two transactions are pending to be paid for. I would like to issue a help request, and have both of the transactions canceled and refunded. Thanks.

Who told you to come here? Another user or a customer support agent? Can you post a link to that conversation?
