IO better not f*ck that up like they did Absolution.
Absolution wasn't that bad. I mean it wasn't a great Hitman game, but it was a good game in it's own right.

In the order of interest (and linked to their gameplay demos on YouTube):
1. XCOM 2
2 & 3. Horizon: Zero Dawn and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
4. Rise of the Tomb Raider (I will wait for the PC version.)
5. Mad Max
I currently do not own a PS4 or Xbox One. I have been seriously considering getting a PS4 for Uncharted 4, (plus the remastered The Last of Us and Uncharted trilogy.) If Horizon: Zero Dawn turns out to be any good, then I am definitely getting a PS4.
Was previously interested...
I find the premise of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided to be utterly, moronic. Seriously, the augmented population become outcasts and the underclass!? Really!? Why? That is the dumbest thing I have heard. Think about this: in order to be able to afford the augmentation, someone would have to have money to begin with. Why would the rich and wealthy become outcasts and the underclass? The stupid premise does not even make any sense.
I am not really interested in Fallout 4. I think it is because the Fallout franchise has become too... old, repetitive and tiresome. It's all "been there, done that", with marginal changes. I could not even finish watching the demo because it felt like I had seen everything already.
Quantum Break is the only other Xbox One, ahem, "exclusive" that had my interest, (the other one being Rise of the Tomb Raider.) However, Quantum Break was missing from the E3. I will wait for the PC version of Quantum Break, which I already know will be a "timed" exclusive. Moreover, Remedy Entertainment does not have a good track record. Their last game, Alan Wake, was overhyped and underdelivered. So this one may turn out to be the same.
BTW, Microsoft seriously needs to learn that "timed" exclusives, "console" exclusives (meaning they also have PC versions,) and exclusive "DLC" - which I collectively refer to as "fake" exclusives - do not sell consoles. Fake exclusives do not sell consoles. Real exclusives do.
The Last Guardian was... very underwhelming. IMO, the game has taken too long to develop. It was interesting five years ago, but now its graphics and gameplay look outdated. Yet all the Sony fanboys just want to cheer for the underwhelming demo, and no one wants to yell, "the emperor has no clothes!"

I kinda liked absolution. >_> But not even close to blood money
It's not a bad game. It's just a bad Hitman game.

See, he gets it.
Personally. I thought this E3 sucked but there are a few games I'm looking forward to.
Horizon: Zero Dawn
South Park
Final Fantasy 7 remake
Mass Effect: Andromeda
XCOM 2 (even though I probably won't play it since it's a PC exclusive)
maybe Star Wars Battlefront, still kind of undecided on that one.
Just play Battlefront II unless the lightsaber combat in the new one is Jedi Academy tier. The choice gets tougher then.
The second half of the gameplay video is brand new. which was released just four days ago.
How can anyone not want Uncharted 4?
It looks like another bad movie game by Naughty dog. No thanks. They've been making mediocrity for ages now.

A new Western RPG with a unique and very interesting setting:
I know technically these days COD is considered the "greatest RPG evar" but is that game actually an RPG or a glorified cinematic action adventure? Don't get me wrong I am interested in seeing where they go with this but at the moment it seems the RPG label isnt entirely accurate.

It was welcome because we haven't had a Hitman game in a while and it brushed up against some of the aspects that made the previous games so compelling, but as a Hitman game it was an underwhelming bastard child of the series that kind of fucked up a lot of aspects of Hitman in order to tell their shitty more personal story.
Kind of like how Human Revolution was to the original Deus Ex.

Haha, I could not agree with you more, if anything augmentations would be controlled and glorified by the rich (though lethal and military augs would be heavily regulated by the government) and kept from the poor in order to further extend their advantage over the common people.
It is kind of cringeworthy how Square is trying to tell this pretentious story about discrimination but are making the cool augmented people the discriminated against party.

Let's not give the publisher credit (or disdain) for this. They don't deserve it.
Deus Ex: I Never Asked For Mankind To Be Divided
Definitely XCOM 2. Loved the first one, and it looks like the sequel is going to keep the same gameplay systems that worked so well, while adding more stuff - i.e. exactly what you want from a sequel to a non-story based game.
Other than that...well, confirmation of ME:A is good, but it's too early to get that excited beyond the fact that there's going to be another ME game....and, well, that's it for me really.

People seem to have a tendency to mix up publishers and developers. Though it's understandable in Square's case since it's both a developer and publisher.
