Hi!

I bought the Dragon Age and Mass Effect Trilogy over origins and have been playing the over the Client. Since I wanted to downoad and look up some stuff I found this site and logged in. However I saw that it wasn't synced/my games weren't registered. No matter what I did (didn't find a registry code bc it was an online purchase and the product code just doesn't work) my games won't register.
I even consulted live chat help from EA/Bioware and nothing (they said it should sync up in 24h. It didn't.)

They are still listed as unregistered over there, while on this site they are synced?
Here some screenshots to show what I mean:

(please notice the error message in the right corner when I try to use the product code)

Please help???

I removed some of the images because it contained your CD key, we don't recommend posting that online.

What are you trying to accomplish on the BSN? You mention wanting to download something?

Well, looking at all those game icons beneath your avatar placeholder tells me the problem was sorted out, or is there something else you want as Reid alluded to?

actually no, it's not solved. It only shows those on here. As soon as i go to the site with the downloads its the same problem over again. Seriously, I don't know what to do anymore.

I was trying to download a tool/mod for dragon age when I realized the problem. It not really as necessary as it is frustrating and annoying. Not to mention I wont to be able to download anything restricted to registered users, which tbh sucks.

I can't help you with your registration problems, but I might help you with an alternate download for the mods. Check these for modifications/tools regarding Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age II and/or Dragon Age Inquisition.

If you're looking for the DA:Origins toolset links you can find them here:

Is that the tool you're looking for?
