Wynne is so disobedient...

So I'm doing an all-mage playthrough, I've remembered why I've never done it.

From day one having mods or no mods my Healer's tactics don't want to activate. (I've already said numerous times in other posts that I hate micro-managing a mage who's sole job is a Healer - I find it tedious.)

Sustains work but not "Activated" spells.

This only happens when I have a party of 4 mages.

I've tried numerous setups, changing behaviour and the tactics themselves. Even the preset "Healer" doesn't work, so it's nothing to do with my set up.

This is my set up at the moment (not that I think it will help):

(And don't suggest it's because I may not have enough mana! Haha.)

UPDATE: I've just noticed, when in Exploration Mode Wynne will use Heal (occasionally)

I think the game is getting hung up on the activate blood magic thing. I don't have any of the sustained abilities in the tactics. I will admit, I don't have any of the healing spells in the tactics either, so I don't know how it makes those operate, but I think keeping it simple will work best. Just have two lines at the top say: Ally < 90% Health = Regeneration. Ally < 70% Health = Heal.

Have the blood magic thing in like the third line. This way the game checks the health first, then when it sees all is well the blood magic will be activated.

All of my tactics are set up for enemy targeting. I think healing should be player controlled.

Thanks but they don't work by the default "healing" tactic setup either so it's really not a problem with the tactic setup, because both mine and the game's setup do work when I have 3 or less mages in my party.

But there are only three mages in the group, and that's if the player is a mage. So there will always be three or less.

Take a closer look...

So, it's a mod?

No, I just change Leliana's class via the console.
