so i was playing the main quest "here lies the abyss" on my xbox one and it went pretty smooth

 

until i encounter boss fight, after the short cut-scenes, all the characters just frozen on the ground(boss and all my charachters)

 

i cant neither attack or move anyone.

 

the music,tactical menu and other functions still work.  

 

i tried to load from the point i got into Rift and begining of the quest but whenever i tried to began the boss fight same bug still exist.

 

does anyone got the same bug? and how do u fix it ?

well the game isnt really frozen

 

i can still switch character and stuff

 

but i cant move , attack, drink potion and use any ability

Have you tried jumping? Sometimes characters get stuck in battle

Chances are there is something going on with your save files and memory. Not much consolation, but I've sometimes found completely exiting the game and restarting resolves a few issues, but I'm on PC. You might have to turn off your XB. I know the XBOne has RAM issues with prolonged gameplay. There are some fixes for it online. It doesn't need to result in complete freezing, but some hiccups in not being able to fully load areas or process can be indication of memory issues.
