He didn't voice any characters in the previous games. Martin Sheen was TIM.

I'm not sure how Martin Sheen would feel being compared to Donald Trump....I guess they have similar voices except Martin Sheen's is more manly and epic I'm going to miss his voice acting whatever I think of the Illusive man.

Not if you hear them talk for five seconds but if you don't know one or the other well you might think they do if your basing it on memory, kinda like how the voice actor who plays Ashley really reminded me of Mila Kunis.

His character is named Ronald Crump and is the Ark's XO.
When your character wants to dump a squadmate they get summoned to go see Ronald. He tells them they are fired, hits a button underneath his desk triggering a trapdoor, and the squadmate gets ejected into space.
