EA and BioWare should NOT use GameStop as a supplier until GameStop has found a reliable and reputable company for distrubution other than TryMedia. TryMedia is nothing more than a bot controlled comany with no phone number and NO customer service. Not only did they not send out my serial number, they also made me download another copy of ME2. That's 20+ gigs of downloads in 2 days. Not only that, but due to some other errors they put 3 pre-authorization payments on my credit card that they knew were wrong and did NOTHING to correct the matter even after being e-mailed twice. How do I know it's a bot over at the beyond shady TryMedia? Because I got the same, letter for letter response.
EA, I will never buy ANYTHING through GameStop while that shady TryMedia is involved. Please put the pressure on your suppliers to deal with decent companies.
