I don't think accessories has taken a hit. you need to make sure you have the 800 chests opened to get into the highest category. I get these amulet and belt frequently from the store chests though I now salvage them.These all look awesome except the new T2 and T3 uniques. I'm already missing several BiS items. Now the loot pool has been diluted by 32 new uniques. My chances of getting a Superb Belt of Health/Stamina Amulet have just taken a huge hit. So... Yay!... but Boo!

Yes, for the regular chests the loot pools are divided by slot so you roll for that first and then roll for normal/rare/unique and then you roll for the item. Additionally for weapons it breaks down further by weapon type. So for example as long as I don't add any new high quality belts your odds for that specifically will not have changed. (As you can imagine there are hundreds of loot tables
)

Cool. But what happened to my chances of finally getting a Caliban or Sulevin Blade?

1. Any comment on the fact that the best weapons are only available to player who can regularly beat Nightmare mode?
2. Has the drop rate of cotton from salvaging been brought in line with other materials or have I just been very lucky today?

In my opinion, the Hakkon's weapons are more of a trophy than anything else.
The Dragon Maul is only a little less powerful than the Hakkon greatsword when in the hands of a good Reaver or Avvar, and I actually use the Heartstring Bow more than my Hakkon's Wrath.
It seems that these weapons only truly come in to their own when one has extremely high crit chance, so it kind of fits that they are playthings for the 1%ers.
I may be a tad bit biased in my opinion, obviously.

Even some weapons like the Heartstring bow is superior due to the HoK AND HoH that allows my archer to spam leaping shot against without fear. Hakkon Wrath doesn't work that way you will heal on HoK grip and ring and in NM and HB they don't die so fast. The change to Overwhelming Force reminds me of something I've been meaning to ask for a while now. Does it work off of current hit points or percentage of maximum hit points? For example...
I have 500/1000 hit points - 50%
Enemy has 1000/4000 hit points - 25%
In this situation is Overwhelming Force in play?

Yes, it is % based. It was hard to tell before because the amount was so minimal.

If we add to it fact that burning does not stack in any way upgraded version of those skills got huge probability of reducing burning damage as a whole.
I need to use fire skill first to get korth might fire version, this means that most of the time my target are set on fire. I can't w8 duration of burning because it's quite long, using other skills would waste my fire korth (damage bonus cooldown etc) and not always it's possible to even get other targets.
Probably best solution would be some sort of burn stacking but can we get some I don't know damage normalization of this burn?
Also got a question.
Is Avvar elemental damage affected by enemy armor?

That's good to know, as I was actually wanting to ask the same question. With that in mind, it might be worth updating the tooltip for it since it's somewhat non-specific in terms of when the bonus is applied. Also, are you and the gang still looking into the AI behavior of Spirit Marked enemies? It'd be great if their AI switched to something similar to that of the Inquisition Captain when not engaged in combat. This way, they're always in tow. Another alternative is to make it so that if you take damage, then they attack the aggressor. I've also noticed that they have very poor situational awareness; especially when facing away towards a group of enemies.

Is the Nightmare Op completion challenge really fixed now? Because after all the runs I've done there's still only the one I did this morning that has counted. I have done more than just one completed since the Friday push...been playing as a keeper every time too, so can't see any pattern here.
Is the Legendary Dragon Slayer challenge for NM dragons or HB ones?

It would be fun to have AOE detonations happen with team combos... maybe a frozen aoe for magic combos, an electric aoe for warrior combos and a biotic-esque fire explosion for rogue combos. But it's probably way too late in the game for such things.
Part of the beauty of combos from Origins or ME3 was the AoE effects, so I agree with you in principle.
Rather than what you suggested, however, why not just make some combos that already exist have AoE damage? Shatter and Discharge are already set up for it, as they have AoE Chill and Knockdown, respectively.
I would also be all for basic mage combos doing some damage in a small AoE as well.

The challenge really is fixed...at least on my platform. I know a few people with the portrait. It is not retroactive though, so all the runs done before the fix were a waste as far as challenges go.
The dragon challenge is HB dragons.
