Me too, but I must admit it was just an assumption because it took Bioware 6 months to release the first MP DLC. Nobody knows for sure. All we know is that DAI has a much smaller MP team then ME3 had.

To be fair, BW had quite a lot of problems
during the first 6 months. Keybug, community drama, mayor bugs. They had to focus on fixing the foundations of the game first.
Now that the game is (mostly) playable, they can focus more on the DLC.
