Just pulled out 2x Mhemets War Hammer, both at level 9 (previously level 19 pre patch) and 1x Sieges End at level 8.
Not sure if this is intentional but these are very low level uniques and they were previously pretty good level.

i pulled out one of those lv8 sieges end and a few chest later got the regular level one. so i don't think its a glitch or that they were replaced. more like new low level useless uniques.

It's definitely intentional. The goal is to make cool weapons available to newer players. They're duplicates and the original ones still exist in the loot table
