It's the Qun. Their horses are born into the Qun and disciplined with the Qun. They do not need eyes, for they see only the Qun.

Still not on Origin either
I'm going to guess that it's because of all the bugs that folks have already discovered. BioWare is probably patching the DLC. Think of it like how Blizzard used to do when they released a new patch - they had to release a patch to fix the problems with the previous patch's patch.

It wasn't even a gamebreaking bug, I wish they had just released it and patched it in later as they will inevitably have to do with the xbox one version. Meanwhile, I could be playing my long awaited Qunari playthrough.
Edit: It seems as if it's still on the xbox live marketplace, so if they hadn't pulled it yet due to the bug I doubt thats the reason it hasn't been released. Most likely xbox gets it a day earlier than everyone.

PSN only updates once a week generally. I guess we are just not getting it, and I was actually going to buy this one. meh...maybe it's for the best.

the staggered release days is normal, every dlc has had this so far so I don't see any difference. Complain about it not being released in 3 days time, as with past dlc's it takes around that long to get to everyone who wants it.
If thats the case they would have pulled it from live by now, it's still up there.
They won't pull it if some people already purchased it.

Around the time Gold Dragon reported seeing it on Origin was UTC +12, so it may release the 8th.
edit: yeah it's off of xbox now, strange. Still no word from Bioware.
