For melee folks...how many attempts - on average - does it take to destroy a pot? (My personal best may or not be 8 )

I tried to use charging bull on a pot once. I missed.

Am I using a maul? Because if so, I can't answer that question as I've never been able to hit a pot.

Love playing the Avarr with the dragon maul. When I want to open a pot, I lay the maul down on the floor and proceed to jump up and down on the pot. Though I have not had a lot of luck with this tactic so far.
