I started to play DA - Awakening and I can see how Bioware is good at making story based concentrated immersive dungeons. I quite miss those in DAI - there is not really much of variability outside of the main quest, some skyhold quests and some companion quests, so I was thinking about the way how to add some of those. Also I would like to have more of personal progress:

After discovering Skyhold your advisors would come to you with advice that you should learn more from them, that they would like to give you what they have learned and that you should choose one of them.

They would offer you training to be better:

1. scout if you would choose Leliana

2. bard if you would choose Josephine

3. seeker if you would choose Cassandra

It would open new table missions for you (not just command, but to enter) with focus on that area of your mentor:

Josephine would have missions similar to the ball in the main quest (generally dealing with nobles)

Leliana would have scouting/searching missions in forgotten/dangerous areas (something like Indiana Jones theme :P)

Cassandra would seek for abominations in some castles or she would offer you some rituals (it could be close to the real role of an inquisitor as Seekers were originally that)

I really love the mage part of main quest - In hushed whispers - it was one of the best dungeons, very immersive. So if they could add something like that  - but still different from MP, maybe it would add something new.

I'm not sure I'd want Josephine training me to be a bard.  She was, by her own admission, not very good at it.  Maybe a 'diplomat' for her instead?  But not bard.

True :)

I saw some other DLC idea about more of battles http://forum.bioware...game-content/ ,so even though I really like Cassandra as a true inquisitor, I don't have many ideas about a new mission with her that wouldn't be in the game already - there are many castles and in MP also, so if the 3rd advisor would be Cullen, it would add those big battles with troops that are in game once only in the main quest.

The only idea that comes to my mind about DLC with Cassandra would be helping her to rebuild Seekers and then the main character would be the new head of the established order (if Cassandra would become the new divine). So the Inquisition would be more universal - for common people, but seekers would be again the special order.

Well, she was a good bard. Just not the kind of bard we are used to and is the norm. Where most use seduction and murder, she danced, played music, and made polite conversation.

I'd love more missions where you can settle it with words rather than violence, so I like this idea.

I guess it really depends on the use of 'bard'.  If we mean 'bard' in the traditional D&D focus, then she was great.  She can sing and dance and entertain and use her words to her benefit.  If we mean 'bard' as in DA 'Orlesian spies', then she was not so good at it.  And she kind of admits that.  For my canon playthrough, I will always choose the diplomatic approach to solve a mission if it's possible.  I leaned heavily towards Josephine (with Cullen a surprising second) for the War Table missions.  I'd like to see the roles of ambassador and diplomat explored further.  If not in DA: I, maybe through a dwarven Ambassadoria focus in Tevinter?

Hopefully in DAI. We didn't get enough time with Josephine.

That moment when I realized that Cullen's suggestion regarding a nobleman's ranting demands about refugees squatting on his lands was the suggestion that I found easily the most likable and sympathetic...that was a good moment. It was also the moment that I realized these missions wouldn't be as simple as I had believed.
