I recently started playing again after putting MP on ice for over a year. The only things left on my manifest are URs, so I lost interest and played other games.

Happy to report the love is back! Had a couple of great matches with a skilled volus sent and a n7 demolisher, and I played a destroyer on gold. I had just unlocked a PPR XIII so I wanted to give it a spin and stayed for three matches since my teammates were fun.

Tonight I unlocked the aforementioned PPR and finally got a harrier upgrade to V. Still a long way to go, but its fun again, so I'll see how high I can get my URs while the thrill is back.

It's also nice having ridiculous amounts of ammo 4s and other equipmwnt to waste. I used to be baffled when people would use ammo 4 on silver and such when I was maxing my rares, now I understand.

Here's hoping I can get my PPR to X, and maybe my harrier and lancer to a respectable level (they are at V and III).

I dumped ME3 in September for Destiny. Really like that game (raids and pvp mostly though, the story is .. nvm, let's not get into that), but now that I'm unable to play (moved abroad for a bit), I wondered back here and to Mass Effect. And will be back later this year, I still have some things I want to do and people I haven't had the chance to play with yet.

Seems like things are still kicking over here.  Wow, I should really install ME3 into my new laptop and pop on some MP matches for old times sake.  Always oddly enjoyed the "simple" MP.

 

It's not like I'm gonna get anything else on DAI until I see if I can make it run on this laptop.  Stupid no more DLC thing...

It never gets old for me. I always find some new thing to try. Funny thing is, there are things that I've been doing for an eternity and it's still fun.

Nope.  I tried Hosting some Gold matches for my Slayer last night...waited almost 45 minutes  ( I watched an entire episode of Supernatural ) and not 1 person entered the Lobby.  Game Over, man.

I wonder if your router is allowing the right ports through. Because if not, no one will be able to join until after you start the game.

Outrageous! This is why we can't have nice things! I value the gameplay(!) elements of Asari.

You're best off taking a longer break, getting rusty, then returning. As when you return under rusty conditions, you'll be capable of playing a lot more then once every two weeks.

Genuinely surprised. What's kept you in MP thus far? Are the EA (aka Reapers) threats of shutting the servers down not a deterrent?
