Hey,
I keep getting an error whenever I try to connect to the cerberus network on the main menu. It says that I have to be connected to the internet to log in, which I always am when I try to log in. I thought it might be my firewall causing problems which the connection to the game so just went in and turned the firewall completely off. But, unfortunetly I still got the error message when trying to log in. I've played most of the recent bioware games on my computer and haven't had any trouble logging in on those games. So, I'm not sure if I have something configured wrong with the game or what but any help with this issue would be appreciated.

I'm having the exact same issue!! I uninstalled the game cause my computer crashed. When I reinstalled it, I'm now getting that message! It sucks! I'm waiting to hear back from EA tech support, but no idea how long that'll be.

I had a similar problem. I redeem my 4 DLC from the purchase and installed them.
At one point, when I resumed the game and had an error message "The selected game cannot be loaded, missing DLC. Please connect to the Cerberus network..." or something like that. When I hit the connect button, I kept having a server timeout message.
I re-installed the downloaded DLC, but no luck. I then tried to load a previous save, but the saved list is limited so none of my previous saved game could be loaded due to the missing DLC.
One quick complain here: the tech support sucks. They say 24 hours for a reply by e-mail. It has been 72 hours so far and still no answer. I even tried the live chat and had to wait in queue for 45 minutes before gettng an available agent. When it was my turn, the chat session was suddenly cancelled !
Since I had played the game up to a point where tnone of my (limited numbers) of saved game could be loaded because they where all related o at least one if not all of ne DLCs.
Result? after 24 hourmy patience ran out and I uninstalled the gane and e-installed it wihtout those darn DLC. More than 3 weeks of playing gone in the trash...
Last - I really don't get why the game forces you to logon t oplay the DLCs. Afterall, they where downloade and installed after a proper redeem, so they is no need to "validate" them each time you lunch the game, if this is waht is going on.
I love the game but this is really frustrating.
