No, choose not.
This is a MP perk, available at no (additional) cost, to those who have the desire/ability/patience to obtain it.
It has ZERO impact on those who don't want to play MP.
None. Nada.
If you're a SP-only player (as am I) then it doesn't affect you. So why the whinging?
Isabela doesn't appear in SP either. Should that mean the MP folk shouldn't have the option?
Oh, I see. Okay, I'll just go enable those dragon themes in Skyhold without... oh wait, I cannot, I cannot impact my Skyhold decor with them without playing MP first. Which is something I should never have to do to enable anything in SP. So yes, it does have an impact on my SP experience. It's actually an SP perk for doing something in MP. I should, again, never have to touch MP at all to enable all possible SP perks.
I don't know why you mentioned Isabela as she has nothing to do with this and is a totally different situation. She doesn't appear in SP, and nothing I could do in MP (even if I were inclined to play MP) would make her appear in SP. So yeah, that's an apples and armadillos comparison.
Now, before someone gets the wrong impression, I have nothing against MP at all. Bioware says they don't detract from one another budget and development wise, and I have no reason to disbelieve that. In fact, they say MP helps them test combat for SP, so cool.
