If you'd be willing to help carry a SP newbie through a Fereldan Castle dragon match to help them unlock the cool SP stuff, post in that thread. I just offered my services for PS4, but my only concern is running out of cloth for Dragon Calls.

 

Think I may go poke Billy about putting Dragon Chests back in the store for a week or two, try to help us help support the SP folks.

@Dragon - if I thought my presence would do anything other than drive new players away, I would gladly offer up my services.  Of course, seeing my very impressive SIX promotions might give them comfort, knowing they wouldn't be the worst player in DAMP.

SP only player here: I just wanted to drop in here and thank the mp people who have messaged me trying to help out with my mp connection issues so I can actually give mp a try, and get these cosmetic skyhold items eventually. It's extremely appreciated, thankyou.

 

Also a huge thankyou to those who are offering to give sp people a hand getting these cosmetic items, I hope more of us are as appreciative about this as I am.

 

Edit: Sorry, by mp people I didn't mean they played mp only, just that they do play it. By sp people I meant those who don't/haven't play/ed mp at all for whatever reason.

My offer of help was three-fold:

 

1. A lot of SP-only players seem to forget that the vast majority of the MP players were likely only SP players before (I was, before ME3MP), and that most of us are now "both". Instead, we usually get the broad brush of "MP players" and the usual stereotypes of being mean, angry people on the mic. While we have our share of those, most just want to play and have fun and many are actually friendly and helpful. I wanted to give us some good PR.

 

2. If we learned anything from Inquisition, it is that coming together for a worthy cause is a good thing. Whether SP or MP or player of both... whatever we were before, we are now... the Inquisition! Right?

 

3. It's a good thing to do and I'm all about engaging in that.

Got four lined up myself so far, just gotta get them downloading their MP DLCs and dates/times set for the "escort".   Funny thing is all the folks looking for help so far have come via Twitter; what, BSN SP folk shy?
