How is she meant to sprint and flip around in those things? Yes, they're small, and yes, some of us grils can at least jog in 5 inch stilettos but...really? This is so impractical. 

Unless she has a tendon problem, in which case you should provide her with better medical and arrange some time off for her to recover.
