I usually try to make myself. If i fail at that, i just tweak the character to look pretty, but badass.

I'd love to try and make the red head painted on the ship, they red headed woman on the second panel, the black hair man on the second panel, the black hair woman on the fourth panel and the black hair man on the fourth panel. But mostly the red head on the ship cause freckles.
