I imagine that the Inquisition will disband after all the breaches are sealed and any remaining threats are dealt with. That is, after all, what Cassandra said happened to the last Inquisition. Those left afterwards formed the Templar Order. I think we will be presented with different choices of what our forces/agents/power goes to once we've disbanded, say for instance, the Inquisitor can chose to aid the Chantry, The Mages, The Templars, The Grey Wardens or the Dalish etc. After that I imagine there would be the usual cutscene explaining how that decision affected the remaining powers of Thedas and then onto the next game.
Should the Inquisition continue into the next installent?
