Probably Geth for me.  Those damn stumble happy SOBs make me rage so fast so I can get up and kill them before anyone else can.  I need my vengeance!  I have learned not to rage quite as much with Cerberus as I often would do it right under a Phantom and she would greet me kindly with her sword before I could even move again.  Same goes for Banshees and Crabs.

I tend to flee when the faction has a bigger gun than I do.

If they'd stay alive and dominate like I do then I wouldn't feel bad and have to put myself in stupid situations trying to rescue them.

Well, Collectors is the obvious choice... especially on small maps.  The possessed praetorian homing missiles and the possessed scion cluster grenades, combined with the effects of seeker swarms, make collectors the cheapest faction in the game, IMO.  Their cheap AOE tactics make hack and device objectives, along with camping in general, very difficult.  It is not uncommon for entire teams to get dropped in a few seconds.

None of them. Geth Scanner + excellent spacial awareness  = getting into less stupid situations.  Only thing that really messes me up is getting cornered in Glacier Hazzard with the swarm near.

Collectors, especially in pug matches. Nothing like trying to use RHA to block the Scion's shots only to have a "teammate" stand right next to you, draw the Scions fire and share the splash damage.
