no in romanced version she certainly wouldn't be at Ark when fight is going on at Earth
C) No they shouldn't be causing any more consternation by bringing back established characters who should be with Shep, not jumping off to a new galaxy.

Hey, how about the theory that the non PC player is Shep? After all, how many humans did you see that wore N7?
Executive summary.
The theory being we saw Shep briefly move under the rubble, the good guys won, search teams found Shep, medical teams arrived and did their thing. Afterwards, Hackett told Shep to go with the ARK.
My point is that one can explain away almost anything, if the logic is elastic enough.
Me? I go for new everything and the connection to the past is via historical records and possible personal diaries. Now, that, ties up all loose ends.
