I'm new to this forum but not Dragon Age so I'm not really sure where this should go. Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
My problem is that when I play Nightmare, by the 3rd zone I'm pretty much playing in slow motion. I have great internet speed & there's no lag. It seems like since there's so much going on, maybe my console can't handle it? Like I said, it's just like playing in slow motion. All immersion is lost & the battle just becomes very boring. Any thoughts on how to fix this or what's going on? Am I just screwed or...?

It's awful on Xbox One also, I joined a pug and tried Nightmare mode for the first time tonight... we completed it but it was an absolute lag fest. I now refuse to join a pug with a virtuoso in it, it's an hour of my life I want back.

As far as virtuoso lag goes it only get really bad if they spam barrier and buffs. They can serve perfectly fine if they limit their casting. Nightmare itself isn't anymore laggy or Heartbreaker would be impossible.
Edit: The most common lag issue for me is simply a bad connection to the host or if you are in the same lobby for long time it seems to start messing up more.
