Like the tittle said...there are a few things that I wish they added:
Hairs: Um I don't know about you guys but we need more Hairstyles *specially* for the Qunari, Seriously why can't they have long hair like the DA2 Qunari bad guy...or even for all females the Forest Lady hairstyle in DA:O? Does hairstyles, even their face look gorgeous, I can only imagine with the Inquisitor visual improvement! I know you provably will say; It would have clipping issues...but still...it be nice to have. Maybe this is underway in another expansion since we have the Emporium to change our appearance...well, anyway I hope so. The hair's in DA seem so lacking thought in the Inquisition they look really beautiful in comparison with previous ones...still I think it needs a bit more love. 
Rift Magic Firestorm: I don't know if it happen to many players but it happen to me, I though Rift's Firestorm should look the color of the Veilfire...or like the green fire ball that fell from the sky in the begin of the game... I know it be just a cosmetic thing but I think since its Rift Magic its ultimate should be something a bit more Rifty? I know it would look even more impressive if it look like that! 
Specializations: The Inquisitor seems to be basically a Partially Rift Mage... Even as a Mage seems like choosing Rift mage Specialization seems the most lorewise choice... So I was wondering I maybe just make the specialization more unique for the Inquisitor since he has that powerful Mark thingy... if only cosmetically... to give us more of that I'm special and the Protagonist of this Story kind of feel, make the protagonist powers look a bit more Powerful/flashy looking than the Companions...More in touch with our Mark or see the Mark react when you use your powers/abilities etc... 
(I hope they introduce other types of Specializations in other DLC's like popular forbidden Blood Magic, Shifting Magic or maybe even new Magic that has to do with this Red Lyrium or Darkspawn stuff) 
This suggestion are all purely cosmetic...and its just an Idea as I'm enjoying the game as it is... but thought I share it...
