So I participated in my first weekend event last weekend, and my Challenges window shows 'Weekend Event 110/110'. The list shows a bunch of chests, but I never got any. When/how are the rewards distributed, or did I miss something obvious?

We failed this week so no chest.

but if you completed the personal weekend challenges you should get commendation chests as well they stack ^^
